Communication point is the high spot along the west end of the Highline Trail 2 miles from the Pine Trail Head. The last 1/2 mile is steep but the view is worth the climb. I call it communication point because it's a nice place to hang out and talk on my ham radio.

One mile up the Pine Trail turn right onto the Highline Trail.
